Our courses

Next to the Asanas, the physical practice of Yoga we inspire also how to lead a positive and healthier lifestyle, how to live with mindfulness and practice with body-awareness.
We teach Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin and Restorative yoga, this mixture will help you build body strength and flexibility. Meditation will help you focus and center.
You are in good hands, we never leave anybody behind whatever what your level is.
